You really should credit the original authors and link back, it's not just common courtesy.. TweakUI was ported to x64 by NeoSmart Technologies. The product's URI is http://neosmart.net/dl.php?id=6 and when you install it, it says "NeoSmart" all over the place.

This won't run on Vista x64, so don't bother if that's what you're trying to do. Tweak VI might do what you want (albeit commercial).
