It sounds like there is a possible memory issue. I would do a memory test. I reccomend using Memtest86+, which you can download here: http://www.memtest.org/. Download the "Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO" and use a CD Burning program to burn the ISO file onto a disc. If you're not sure how to do this let me know!
After the disc is burned, put it into the computer and restart it so it boots off the CD. It will bring up a blue screen with some information about your memory, and it will automattically begin the test. Let the test run for a while (you want to at least run through 1 pass, if not a few more; I'd let it run overnight). After it's finished, post back if it's reported any errors! If it did report errors, try testing only 1 memory stick at a time to narrow down the problem.
