I am having great difficulty in finding a flash player or media player that is compatible with Windows XP Professional x64 Edition. Appreciate any help to indentify product and source.

The standard Adobe Flash Player is compatible with x64.  It is 32-bit only, and it works perfectly under all 32-bit browsers running on Windows x64.  There is currently no x64 edition of Flash.  Hopefully Adobe will come out with something soon, but it doesn't look good!
