is vista is version 2 of the windows ME ?

I installed the vista 32-bit and delete it and come back to the windows xp 64 ,

there are more bugs , in vista , they are playing with the customers to test their software

for us . I think vista is a poor job and another vista .

Even those old 0x00000005 bug ( the buffer string overrun error ) is also there on the

applications like the IE 7 . at last I dont know , the IE starts to fail , and again the

notepad also stated to fail . then I download and install the notepad2 , I think some

API framework that used by the windows OEM application programs have some bugs .

those serious bugs like 0x00000005 error . Please fix these bugs and then sell your

    products to us .

dont start windows ME v2 with the vista . I think vista is the beta version of the windows

7 .But think about your vista customers. we paid so , that is why we get pain .

It sounds to me like you are having a hardware or device driver issue.  Windows Vista does not have any of those problems.

This isn't a bash Windows Vista forum.  If that is all that your interested in doing, please go somewhere else.  Otherwise, post the issues that you're having and let's work to fix them.

    Oky mother ,

    lets fix them !

the error is the 0x00000005 basic buffer overrun error  , both the notepad.exe and the IE 7 comming with the vista starts to get failed .

I think Microsoft are using new set Of APIs for these OEM applications in vista ? are they ? and another thing I download the notepad2.exe

from the internet and it works fine . I think that some APIs framework that they are using have some bugs . Anyway , sir , be patient .

I will install vista again soon and report here a complete bug report and a memory dump.

I'm telling you right now that if IE7 is crashing a lot, it is a problem with your computer.  I can also assure you that Notepad runs stable and does not crash on every computer I have ever ran Windows Vista on.

There seems to be a problem with either a device driver on your machine, or a problem with your memory (you might be experiencing memory corruption).  If you were having a driver problem last time you ran Windows Vista, hopefully that is cleared up by now with driver updates that have been released.
